These SMS Terms and Conditions govern text messages sent by or on behalf of Skin Dental.
1. Program Name
The program is called the Skin Dental Messaging Program.
2. Program Description
Skin Dental uses text messaging to communicate with people who contact the business, request information, request an appointment, or separately agree to receive marketing communications.
Messages may include:
- Responses to inquiries
- Appointment coordination
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Rescheduling and cancellation information
- Customer-service communications
- Follow-up relating to Skin Dental services
- Requests for reviews or referrals
- Special offers, promotions, and marketing messages when separately authorized
3. How You Opt In
You may opt in to receive text messages from Skin Dental by:
- Directly sending a text message to the Skin Dental business number
- Requesting SMS communication during an inquiry or appointment-coordination conversation
- Verbally agreeing to receive texts after a Skin Dental representative provides the required messaging disclosure
- Completing a future online, paper, or electronic consent form that clearly requests SMS authorization
- Using another clearly disclosed opt-in method provided by Skin Dental
Your consent applies only to the Skin Dental Messaging Program described at the time of consent. Consent is not transferable to another company or messaging program.
Transactional or appointment-related consent does not automatically authorize unrelated promotional messages. Skin Dental will obtain any additional consent required before sending automated promotional or marketing messages.
4. Consent Is Optional
Consent to receive text messages is voluntary.
You may communicate with Skin Dental through another available method if you do not wish to receive text messages.
5. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on:
- The nature of your inquiry
- Appointment activity
- Your interaction with Skin Dental
- The communication categories you authorized
You may receive multiple messages during active appointment coordination. Promotional message frequency may vary but will be limited to communications reasonably related to Skin Dental’s services and offers.
6. Message and Data Rates
